Quote
Helsinki, Finland - Justin Gatlin underlined his role as 100 metres favourite, when he pulverised the rest of the field in tonight’s final at the 10th IAAF World Championships in Athletics. Gatlin of the USA joins an illustrious group of predecessors - Carl Lewis, Linford Christie, Donovan Bailey and Maurice Greene, all of whom like him were concurrent Olympic and World sprint champions. But none did it in quite the fashion that Gatlin achieved in Helsinki’s 1952 Olympic Stadium.

IAAF article
"Biased one-sided training with an overemphasis on one component or quality is one of the biggest causes of injuries today." - Vern Gambetta
