Forum registration: thank the spammers

Thanks to the spammers who were linking to very inappropriate websites, I had to get even more tight on registration. As of now, for an unspecified period of time, I will be verifying all forum registrations before accounts become active.

I will be asking for your input on a few points related to this in the non-running forum. Please stop by there to let me know what you think should happen. As always, this website was built for you. That means I want to make visiting this website a good experience for you and that means I need your input on important issues like this.
