Tergat joins field for Berlin 25Km

Berlin, Germany - Paul Tergat's next appearance on the roads will be at the BIG 25 Berlin in the German capital on 10 May, organisers announced today.

The legendary Kenyan will again race on the roads of Berlin where six years ago he became the first man the break the 2:05 barrier in the Marathon with his 2:04:55 victory at the real,- Berlin-Marathon. Tergat, a two-time Olympic silver medallist in the 10,000m, was also the first man to win five consecutive long course titles - 1995-1999 -  at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships.
