Sometimes I think we (I know I do) see that as individual gets a course record like this and we think - "that's cool" - BUT we forget to take that look at it for what it really is.

Wanjiru ran at and held a 4:45 pace for a full 26.2 miles - that is truly amazing - mind blowing even.
