Sadly, even 10 seconds would not make me competitive in the 400 anymore.

I don't think too many people are surprised that those high tech prosthetics gave him an advantage. Maybe how much of an advantage is a surprise. Hopefully, there is a way for the CAS to review their ruling, given these newly found results, and they can make the decision that should have been made the first time around.
