Running-Enabled Rehab

Many here may have heard of Back On My Feet via the media.  There is a similar organization, The AIR Foundation, located near where I live.  Pretty cool that Tera Moody is involved with the latter and that one may buy petrol shirts and other apparel to support the former.  Are there similar organizations in other areas of the country and world?
