Saw that and was thinking of posting it. It could be an interesting film, though I'm afraid that they may be trying to hype it up a bit too much by mentioning Chariots of Fire.

Well, since it is being made by the BBC and not, say, Disney then the telling should remain fairly faithful and accurate.  However, as with any story that is used for entertainment purposes, it is anything but a sure thing.  I look forward to seeing how it turns out, it likely should be better than most other running films to come out in recent years.

Agreed, I'm looking forward to seeing it and I do expect a good production. However, by mentioning Chariots of Fire, they are setting a bar that may be impossibly high.
