My Favorite Beatles's Song
« on: February 10, 2010, 01:18:31 AM »
I will admit that for a long time I considered the Beatles (along with Elvis) to be overrated.  However, I have since come to embrace their music.  Post your favorite (via link to youtube.com or other source), here is mine:
"Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." - John Wooden
"Long-range goals keep you from being frustrated by short-term failures." - James Cash Penney

Sorry I can't post a link but -

Imagine -

I know its not "Beatles" but it is John Lennon.

It would take me a long time to narrow down my favorite Beatles' tune.

Well chime back in when you decide which Beatles's song you enjoy listening to the most.  8)

Well I have narrowed it down to:

All You Need is Love
Eight Days a Week
Hey Jude
Let it Be

I'll chime in when I cut this list down  ;)

I'd have to say "Imagine" and "Let it Be"

"Imagine" is not a Beatles song.  ;)

I think I eluded to that in my post  ;)

I guess I have strung this out long enough -

"All You Need is Love"

That sums up my belief about what is needed for happiness and what could be the source of world peace.

Love - pure and simple.

The allusion was not elusive.  8)

That response was to Rachel.

Sorry I wasn't clearer - I knew the comment was for Rachel - I just meant that my post pointed that issue out as well.
