I just received an email from a visitor who sounded very frustrated because, as they told me, "the web pages do not even remotely open on a Mac computer".
Is anyone out there using a Mac and, if so, could you let me know if you experience any problems? I don't have a Mac immediately available to me but the site has been tested with Macs running both Safari and Firefox (as well as Internet Explorer back when it was available for the Mac).
I see that nearly 12% of page views from June were made from Mac computers, which I believe is slightly above the industry average. That means that a fair number of you must be using them. If you experience any problems, please let me know in as much detail as you can what is going on. I want to fix this problem but can not do so if people do not let me know there is a problem and, when they do, all I get is a frustrated email saying nothing more than it doesn't work.
This also goes for any other platform. If anyone experiences any problems, please let me know about it and help me resolve it. We do as much testing as possible with as many platforms as possible given our resources but not everything can be tested without far more resources than we have available. If anything is not working correctly, I want to place the highest priority on getting it fixed.
