Running with uncertain goals
« on: July 20, 2010, 02:35:48 PM »
For some time now I've been able to run somewhat regularly and more than just when I feel like it, but I'm not sure what I'm working toward. Part of me would like to race eventually, but for now I'm doing mostly "easy runs". Has anyone ever been in this situation and did you throw in any faster runs on occasion?

  • It is simple, but not easy.

Why dink around? Go for it, be the best. It is worth whatever risk there is even if you fall short. You will be better.
