Running Times Podcast: Your Muscles, Your Long Runs
« on: July 22, 2010, 04:29:31 PM »
Just got done listening to this podcast. It's a very good one. It discusses what goes on in your muscles during your long runs, why they are beneficial regardless of your race distance, and even discusses the merits of doing long runs on hills, as well as what to do the day before the long run depending on your goal race distance.
