| Do you have training questions that aren't answered here? Stop by the forum to ask. |
| The Hillrunner.com FAQ is still just a shell for the most part. I am working
on expanding it day by day. If there are any topics that are not covered here
that you would like to see covered, please contact me and I will look into adding
more sections. |
| Please note that everything discussed within here is straight from me. Though
I feel like I have a good amount of experience to draw from, I don't know
everything there is to know. If you disagree with or have questions about anything I say here, feel free
to address anything in the forum and we can discuss the topic there or contact me. Theories in
running and exercise in general are always changing and, as I said, I will not
claim to know everything. If you can convince me that I am wrong, I will gladly
change what I say here. Because of that, this content will change over
time. |
| Also, any advice given here is not meant to replace that of your doctor or
other professional. They are just guidelines that I have used in my running and
experiences I would like to share in hopes of helping others in their running.
If you have any medical problems, I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor
rather than getting advice off the Internet. |
| The USENET FAQ is very comprehensive but I have also found it to be somewhat
hard to find specific topics. If you do have any questions, you can probably
find the answers there but it may take a while to find them. |
