Ask me anything

It’s again time for one of my favorite things to do. Once again, it’s time for me to invite you to ask me anything you would like!

Within reason, nothing is off limits. Ask about training, racing, my thoughts on any news in the sport. Ask about the site, the coaching service, Club HillRunner.com or anything else that’s going on.

  1. Note: I have a lot going on right now and I’m running two races Saturday morning. I’ll do my best to respond to all questions promptly but my response time may be a little longer than usual, especially to emails as my time checking email from a computer is limited and my top priority is always the runners I am coaching.

    1. Cesar, I’m absolutely doing strength training. I’m taking a couple weeks off the formal strength training after my final races of the spring season but I’ve been spending the spring focusing on various lunges and squats as well as trying to focus on more upper body than I’ve done in the past.
