On Resiliency
« on: October 16, 2009, 08:01:18 PM »
Interview with author Joan Borysenko regarding her new book "It's Not The End Of The World."  Great thoughts for developing resiliency, to reinforce what you may already know if nothing else.  A bit new-agey, but so many practical ideas are presented.  Highly, highly recommend this.

Why dink around? Go for it, be the best. It is worth whatever risk there is even if you fall short. You will be better.

I believe it was her who I heard on WPR recently, also. She does have some great ideas. If nothing else, they serve as great reminders if we have already known these things.
