My weeks run Monday-Sunday

Monday: 7 miles easy

Tuesday: 10.25 miles total-20:00 warmup; 3x3x3:00 hard w/2:00 jogging recovery between reps and 5:00 jogging recovery between sets; 20:17 warmdown

Wednesday: 8.75 miles easy

Thursday: 7 miles easy

Friday: Unscheduled off

Saturday: 9.25 miles total-25:00 warmup; 3×10:00 near AT w/4:00 jogging recovery between reps; 24:57 warmdown

Sunday: 13 miles

Had snow, ice, mud and slush to deal with Saturday and Sunday. Feeling

stronger.

Total: 55.25 miles
