These sound good to me too. I guess my main goal would be to get my marathon PR closer to 2:50, than 3:00. A gal I finished about 10 seconds behind in a 10k this year went on to run 2:53 at TCM. I’d take that 5 minute PR (but sub-2:50 would be even better 8) ).
