Last week was hot and humid here (and I expect more, maybe even worse, this week).
Mon: 8 easy
Tue: 8 easy (should have been a tempo, too hot)
Wed: 20 easy (should have been a bit faster, still too hot)
Thu: 8 easy (second weekly tempo run, too hot)
Fri: 8 tempo (decided to do the workout on the mill)
Sat: 16 steady (early morning, felt much better)
Sun: 13 steady (early again, last 6 at marathon pace)
Total: 81 miles
I have 12 weeks until my goal race. This week starts 4 weeks of hill repeats. That means treadmills since there are no hills near my home. In this heat the mill is sounding much better.
