Last year I was the 5th runner (and final scorer), and I ran 38:25 for 10K on the sheer ice track known as the Arboreteum. I am not in nearly that good of shape this year due to injuries, surgery and just feeling old. If I run 40-41 min. this year I’d be amazed.
