Finally is right. The thought of running sub-17 5Ks, 58 minute 10-mile tempo runs, and no mile repeats nauseates me. And don’t even get me started on 2:40-2:45 marathons. At least you can have a shred of dignity for the next couple days after your 52:42 15K (was it certified? huh? huh?).
Hehe, seriously… awesome race. Your splits look great, and that time is blazing. Sounds like you had a breakthrough, which is prolly the coolest thing that can happen in a race. Best of luck with the 5K PR.
