You go guy! You’ve definitely put in the mileage, and your speed/strength indicates you should be able to maintain the 6:50 pace necessary to reach you goal. You are definitely doing it the right way, with a dedicated training plan. Get excited (I know that you are)! Just don’t get sucked into a too fast early pace and trash yourself before the Newton Hills arrive. Good luck in any event!
