At some point in time the feet need to hit the pavement. By-the-way, 40-50 miles a week isn’t going to do it. How many of even those have you run this year? It’s almost February, you can’t will yourself to run sub-10.
If you open up the year and don’t break 11, what’s that gonna do for your confidence? To run 9:36 when it counts, you need to be at least at low 10 range to begin with.
