well, you start by running 1-2 miles to warm up. Then, run up the hill, making sure that you keep your back straight (don’t lean into the hill) and point your knees skyward with each step. When you get to the top, jog down slowly to recover, then start over. Perform this several times and wrap up with a 1-2 mile recovery jog.
