I think the most important “running times” have to be the long runs… after all, you need to practice getting up, eating, hydrating and standing in the porta-potty line just as much as the actual running part… other days I fit it in where my schedule allows… try to get it done before dinner as I tend to fade badly after dinner…

actually I think you’re smart to try and think of the little things… but it reminds me of a horrible movie with Mickey Rourke (sp?) where he’s a convict who tells the guy planning the crime that if there are 50 things you think of (to not get caught) there’s another 50 you haven’t thought of…
