Break time for me. I may or may not have even made it to the triple digits, haven’t bothered adding things up. As already noted, I relized in February that I just needed some time to mentally regroup after beating my head against the wall for a while. I am noticing that I am gradually getting myself interested in running a little more again but the desire to train at levels that I expect of myself to be in racing shape isn’t there yet.
Glad to see everyone else’s training is going better than mine. I’ll still find some way to get myself in at least decent shape in time for the fall racing season. After all, we have a couple of team titles to defend. Can’t let the team down.
