i guess my point is to make the OT 26.2 a spectical ala super bowl, world series, world cup, tour de france…or in running terms…BOSTON, london, nyc, chicago.

maybe the proceeds from a mega-event could be used to support our elite distance runners.

my opinion is that running is especially a participating activity…not much fun to watch but can be fun to do. having electronic boards along the route showing the leaders splits, or tv coverage would be cool too…

(i know…cameron is WAY out there on this one…)
