im running for 2 weeks now, one day run one day rest. my last one was about 5.5 Km 28 min run. You have a point, i were worried about my pace.
the problem is that everyone claims something else, like dont do cardio training on the rest day from strength training and so on.
ive seen some military workouts and they were all every day workout with strength and cardio in them.
thank you for replaying, i guess you are right about it and ill need someone who have knowledge in both. 🙂
