I found Hal Higdon’s six-week program: two weeks recovery, two weeks training, two weeks taper. Makes sense and sounds smart. Thanks for pointing me in his direction.
Pfitzinger’s program requires buying his book, it seems. Don’t have time for that but will look up Advanced Marathoning in advance of Chicago.
