Rita's on to something here. You don't even have to set aside 20 minutes. Consider this workout. While watching your favorite TV show, drop to the floor during every commercial break and do a set of exercises for the whole break. Workout time is the whole time commercials are on, recovery time is the whole time the show is on. Do a different exercise every commercial break. Give this a shot and it gives you a whole new appreciation for how much time you spend watching commercials. You might find that you can't even make it through a whole Law & Order rerun.
