Jerry, sounds like you're getting in some good consistent training right now.
As for me, another month in the low to mid 300s (don't have the exact numbers). I also had some great speed workouts this month. I really feel like I'm getting into some solid shape for the upcoming races. Hopefully, I'm right.
Only one race in August. That 13:19 “5k” that has already been discussed to death.
September's races will be the Stout alumni meet this Saturday and Al's Run on the 16th. Depending on how I feel after Al's Run, I wouldn't mind doing some more races but I'll be playing that by ear.
