No a.c. and food poisoning-not the ideal pre race set up.
Good report Ryan and nice job on the splits. These races are testing you with some tough conditions and you seem to make it through without much difficulty. That's got to give you confidence in your training routine and the shape you're in. With each race you take something away from the experience to make you stronger, more prepared for the next one. I think that's why racing is important, at least for me, to test yourself, learn from mistakes, to see what you are capable of.
O.K., the NEXT race will be cooler. 🙂
