If you're going to try this, just be cautious and try it in a workout first. I tried caffeine a few times and I consistently got an upset stomach and my workouts were shot. Not something you want to experiment with in a race.

If it works for you, great. It's a safe and natural way to get a boost. If you're like me, not so good. It's a safe and natural way to take you out of your game.
