I have recently heard about Vitamin D being good for the immune system as this article mentions.  For that reason I have been taking a vitamin D supliment – especially since I have dropped milk from my diet.  Now, I need to check that I am taking in at least 1,000 IU as this article suggests.

I doubt I can boost my running in time for Al's – but it is worth thinking about.
