We all make our own choices in life. If someone, armed with the knowledge that sleeping more will likely be of benefit, places a higher priority on sleep maybe by going to bed a half hour earlier in the evening, good for them. Without the knowledge, they may not be as likely to prioritize the same way.

What we do with the knowledge is our own choice. The important thing is that we obtain the knowledge so we can make that choice.
