Those who aren't physically active and the ones who don't like to exercise may try to say whatever they wish to denegrate sports, but if anyone is in decent condition or would like to try to be fit, there is always a program that should be able to start a person on some type or amount of running that's going to beneficial to them. I think that running can change who a person is. Making someone fearful, by saying that it's probable that there would be dangerous, is irresponsible. Instead of informing of the positive results, the impetus seems to try to scare a likely prospect into an unlikely one. If people are wise, they would be very skeptical of such “scientific findings”.
