Not quite a median time but here's what I could find:

2008 registrant quota: 25,000
Finisher 12,241: 4:47:50

Probably slightly slower than median finish time, seeing as most races encounter a roughly 10% attrition rate. Seems as though median performances are roughly in line with what one would expect from a US marathon. I did notice that 100th place (male, not overall) was in the low 2:30s, roughly what Chicago pulls off with 40,000 registered from what I can recall.
