she trains good , but i have read about women(deena kastor,kara goucher), that training harder than her in terms of quantity, i think the second run is somewhat short, or maby other women are overtraining :o.
It's interesting to see how sheslowed down in her workouts 15-20 seconds per ( 1000m repeats) and improved dramatically at races.
Another thing is, that i am agree with vali?, when he said that recovery is the most important thing, i see a lot of people tackling the easy days, and have poor races and workout performance, i have run the same easy pace for 5 years, but have improved my workouts and races performances a lot.
