It would seem a bit obvious, supposing that there is no underlying medical condition that might be at work in this situation and supposing that all the other basics (rest, hydration, nutrition, allowing enough time between eating and running, etc.) are adequately accounted for, that the root cause would be running at an effort level that one's cardiovascular system is not prepared to handle for the duration and thus the clear solution would be to ease off on the effort.
