Get yourself out the door every day, even if only for a couple of miles.

This really is the best advice, I struggled getting out the door a lot this summer in the heat, but now that running weather has returned, it seems a lot easier.  No matter how lazy or tired I feel when I get home from work, if I can get out the door, 99 out of 100 times I will feel better when I get back.  Thats the thought that gets my shoes on, “you know you'll feel better once you get moving.”
