10/29 was 1st day back running – 236# (Up 40) – All runs are very slow
I'm with Sue – Vodka and Beer has to go – Mmmmh Beer sweet beer.
I will build base with slow miles until January 1st – That will be my 1st real speed work.
I have my plane ticket bought, hotel room booked and entry fee paid for this little race 4/21/08, so I have to get my fat ass back into shape 🙂
