You are going to need a good Physical Therapist. First get measured, standing, barefooted. We are looking for a “short” leg. This can be caused by a muscle imbalance with the strong (dominant) side pulling down. The other side can be slack (weaker). You will need to work hip flexors and have the therapist watch you doing squats (light weight) but use free weights. We look to see if the bar tilts or dips.
If you have a video of your form bring it to the therapist. There are issues with internal rotation etc. that can aggravate this condition.
