First, welcome. I hope you find the advice here useful enough that you continue to return and maybe, over time, can offer advice to the other new people coming in and asking for some.

This is a tough situation you're in. On the face of it, I'd say you're not ready to run another marathon. However, there are a lot of unknowns we're working with. How long have you been a runner? What was your training for Detroit like? How did Detroit go? What are your expectations for Charlotte? The answers to these and several other questions like them could change the response to anything from you're almost surely not ready to cover the distance without major issues along the way to you can probably get through the distance with a respectable time and not face too much pain. Trying to read between the lines, seeing as you're looking to do it just as a long run and guessing that you've been a runner for at least some amount of time, you might be OK as long as you really take it easy but it's hard to know without knowing many more details.
