do you feel 'beat up'.. or are you mentally 'tired' or running… or are you REALLY busy with other things in your life right now? all good reasons for taking some time off… or try some cross-training for a change…

on the other hand… doing some really easy jogging, soft surfaces, new places like a new trail could bring you back to the track even more refreshed than spending endless hours on the computer… or at least that is what I told my son two weeks ago when is season was over… he jogged four days the first week and two last week and now that he is back practicing with the team he is glad he did a little bit…
