I guess that is why I get knee pain from time to time – no more concentration on the lower body – what ever is natural for me.
I have some great hills near me and I will strength train on them in a couple of months (base first) and forget about the lower body form.
I am curious about these “form drills” – never heard about them before. I would like to read about them while I continue to build base and begin incorperating them in a couple of months.
