Ever since I was convinced by better minds at a summit/clinic back in January, I have been transitioning from three meals/day to six smaller meals/day.  This is to better manage energy/metabolism levels (keep them more even and eliminate large peaks and valleys) throughout the day as well as better manage energy storage in the body (i.e. less fat depositing).
