i suggest that you take a break, because you ran marathons with only one month between the 2, i think that it plays a huge roll in tiredness, and it could eventually pays off in the long term,especially since you haven't taken a break in the last couple of years. i can understand you because it is pretty hard to last 1 week or so of no running, its pretty bothering, in fact, i learned the importance of a break last year, but in the long term it will be better, than keep tackling miles on tired legs.
If you dont want to rest, at least cut the running days a week or two or run less miles ( or time if you run by minutes). good luck . 😀
