Zeke already made the point about staying active, just pay close attention to your hamstring. It's a recovery week so take it easy and heal. In addition to the activities Zeke mentioned you could focus on trying a new Pilates DVD or hand weights, something to keep you occupied. Work on your mental game plan for Chicago. 🙂
You've got a strong base & with your training background you'll ease right back into your schedule, trust yourself.
One more thing, if I had to recover for a week and had some new found time on my hands I'd do something nice for myself as a reward for all that hard training. My feet would love a pedicure.
