I'm not a doctor and have never played one on TV… but if you have 'pain' I would be leery of stretching, achy-ness okay, but real pain demands rest as well as ice, maybe ibuprofen, too. As I understand the use of ice is for the first 24-36 hours after an injury, then moist heat or alternateing heat & cold…

I've never had a groin problem, but you may want to google “psoas stretch” and see if the ones that look like deep lunges help… but be careful, especially when you are stretching a 'cold' muscle, one that has not been 'warmed up' first with at least walking if not some very easy jogging… and while it is understandable that you don't want to miss any training for your half marathon, if this is a true groin pull and you don't let it heal you may find yourself in worse shape as you get further along in you training…
