GTF, exactly. Everyone at that level is putting in the work, as are a lot who are not. The key is, the more people you have doing that kind of work, the more who will break through, both to build up the depth of that WC team and to be able to challenge the Ethiopians and Kenyans.
Double, right on. First, getting out every day. If you want to race well, you can't be fresh every time you go out to run. That's part of working hard. Sometimes, you have to go out dog tired and just get the run in or you have to do a workout while fatigued.
