Monday:45 minutes
Tuesday:x-train (right now that's x-country skiing)
Weds: 60 minutes
Thursday:40 minutes
Friday:45 minutes
Saturday:1 1/2 to 2 hours  My favorite run of the week.
Sunday: 40 minutes

Rest day is thrown in there when the windchill will make body parts fall off or we've been hit with freezing rain.
