Hmmm, well doing some research online says that Vitamin D is created by being in the sun, which I am most of the day… so I don't know if that could be it. I also work at a fruit stand where we, well eat fruit that people don't buy, so I get lots of vitamins that way. I mean, in general I'm a pretty healthy person, I may eat junk sometimes, but then again I burn so many calories in a day I don't really think it matters that much. Maybe I'll try to start taking a multivitamin in the morning to see if that changes anything.
maybe you overdid it on some fruit. my brother decided to eat cukes and tomatoes almost every day (too lazy to cook a meal as he was 19-20 at the time) and broke out in hives after a few weeks…but I'm sure that was due to the acidity of tomatoes.
